Fluorescence microscopy 3D

INSTRUMENT:

Our inverted microscopeTS2R-FL (Nikon) with Diascopic/Epi-fluorescence illumination allows widefield imaging of a wide biological samples. LED illumination is used for both diascopic/epi-fluorescence. This illumination system is alignment-free and offers faster and brilliant images.

The built-in fly-eye-lens ensures uniform brightness across the entire field of view.  A stage top chamber (Okolab) fits in the XY stage insert of the microscope, connects to temperature, gas and humidity controllers and creates the proper environment for live cell imaging right on the microscope stage.

A motorized XY-Z microscope stage (Marzhauser) makes possible to acquire z-stacks, and multi position of your samples. The compact system is controlled with NIS software (NIS Elements D).

SAMPLES:

live (cells, organoids, etc…) and fixed samples

APPLICATIONS:

  • 4D widefield imaging
  • Live cell imaging,
  • phase contrast, epifluorescence
  • Time-lapse, multi-position and mosaic acquisition.
