Histology

Histology in non-decalcified bone:

We have the equipment for the embedding of samples of non-decalcified bone tissue in resin, for the preparation of blocks and then for the realization of sections on a microtome.
On these sections, we then perform:

• staining such as toluidine blue, Goldner trichrome
• the realization of adipocyte counts which allow us to know their number, their surface, their diameter and the size distribution (picture below)
